Springtime in north Florida so I am spending time outside tilling beds and removing shrubbery trimmings to the compost piles. Don't know the calories burned but I do mark the time down. Do it at my own pace, take breaks with plenty of water and feel destressed when I come in.

    As 1DAY-ATA-TIME stated, "Gardening" is an activity in the fitness tracker. However, the # of calories reflected for the time spent indicate a much more rigorous activity then I accomplish. So I've added a custom "Light Gardening" to my tracker. I'm doing easy planting or weeding -- not plowing the north 40.
    LOL. And it is my favorite way to de-stress.

    We're doing the same thing in Southeast Texas. Just finished apply fertilizer, now I waiting for rain. No vegetable garden this year but will have one next season for sure! By the way "Gardening" is an activity in the SparkPeople activity tracker.
