first week down and I have lost 6 pounds...something in me clicked and it's time. It is just time for me to make a life style change and take the proverbial bull by the horns and take care of myself and my health. That includes losing weight. I am 50 years old with a loving husband and a 9 year old daughter and I need to be here for them and me to up my quality of life and to be able to run and play and do all of the things that i want to do. Tired though; it's pushing 8pm here in Maine and i am coming in from a LONG day. My work is very physical and demanding and by Friday, I am pretty much ready to crash. A good end to the week having a weight loss and feeling good about myself and my progress. Here's to all of you out there-give yourself a pat on the back for just trying and achieving each and every day. We are in this together. Thanks, h
