I am super tired again today. No picture but here it goes-breakfast hash loaded with sweet potatoes and white potatoes, mushrooms, onions and spinach topped with an egg. Lunch was a salad and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Orange was my snack and dinner was pinto beans and tacos on homemade whole wheat tortillas, cheese, onions, sour cream and avocado. Snack was ice cream. Not too shabby. I walked 14657 almost to my goal!!! I worked out upper body. Four days still rolling but skipped the dinner salad was just too tired. Tomorrow is another day and I am looking forward to a new beginning.
