On a roll!!!

Day 3 super tired so going to keep this short. Breakfast no picture was running late as usually this morning. I had leftover oatmeal with walnuts and bananas made with almond milk. Lunch was the exact same as last night-side salad and homemade cheeseburger and macaroni with added broccoli. Staff meeting until 5 so a peach and popcorn was my snack with three hershey kisses. Why do they put out candy on the tables at staff meetings? Dinner was a chicken salad. Left the kids a recipe and of course it was a complete mess so I improvised.

I worked out lower body today and got 14663 steps today. I almost made my goal. I am feeling better only after three days!! Loving it at least for now. Meal prep is the key. I cannot keep this going without taking a day and prepping. I even made another romaine lettuce bowl tonight because we ate the last one already. Took five minutes I can do this every other day. No more excuses. I am on a roll.
