I've been going through Spark recipes and choosing new healthy recipes to try. I've had success with them in the past. Some i've even tried on the hubby and he loved them too. Whenever I can sneak something healthy in his diet I will. He has lost weight as well. Yay!
I'm on my 6th glass of water and its half past noon. I'm doing better with that too.
ST is beginning to come naturally to me and even though I don't log it on my tracker I do keep a journal and log it there first because I get so busy and I don't want to forget.
I've decided that although I would love a spark buddy I'm not having any luck in that department so with that being said I will continue to read spark articles and do what I'm doing to keep myself on track. I can do this and I will do this. By myself.
