I find that I am exhausted before I work out but feel great during and after. I always work out at night before bed because I don't like to work out before work. It is hard to get up off my butt. As long as I push myself past that struggle then I am good! I am adding exercise to try to push below the 220's. I have been doing great with my food intake. I need to drink more water. When I am at work I don't drink enough because I don't get many bathroom breaks. I try to do better at home. The weekends are my most difficult for my food choices. I still average a loss every week but I would lose more if I was strict on the weekends too...
