Quick update!

The slow and steady approach is working! I have dropped 9 lbs in the last month! I have formed several new habits and they are sticking. I take 21 days for each habit. The one I'm working on now is getting my fruits and veggies in!

Exercise must wait until after foot surgery but hopefully only until the stitches come out which will be April 17th! I'm raring to go to get this made into a habit. I will stick to chair exercise until I get out of the boot, of course but also until I can complete the 2 DVD set and then I'll start up with Leslie Sansone's Walking for Beginners.

I see the neuromuscular specialist about the "why" of the muscle spasms in 11 days. I'm not worried about it since the cramps have gone away with the switching of the muscle relaxers! I think that he will find nothing serious and may have a very simple explanation for what was going on!

That is all I have to report at this time but it's all good news in my book!
