I am back. I was sick for a while and before that I was only half comliant with my eating and exercise habits.
I have gone to the gym 4/5 days this week. So that's good. Eating half on half horrible as usual. Today I am 100% cheat free and on track!
I am going to plan on a daily accountability blog to post on my exercise and eating.
I can say I have been good about tracking my food, at least with my fitness pal. It syncs with my garmin tracker, so that is part of the reason for my absence on here since Christmas.
I have five weeks until I leave for Florida. I weighed in at 144 today. I gained 4-6 lbs in the past two months. I had been cooking all meals and we went through a convenience phase while I was working a lot.
I have five weeks until I do a 5k right before my trip also. So I need to work on my endurance for that! Did 25 min on elliptical and ten min jog/walk/run on treadmill today.
