-21 lbs and Feeling Cute :-*

I've lost 21lbs. Ready to lose another 20... and another.... and another.... and another. Lol.
I'm doing well.
Could be doing a little better since I had the flu and I'm just now feeling better enough to be in the gym. It's still difficult to not hack up a lung when I'm working out but I CAN do it. So I'm really happy.
There's a 60 day challenge that started on Monday.
I quit on day 2 cause I was in a pissy mood about the nutrition plan.
Low carb, no meat, no dairy.
I wish she'd told us sooner. If I'd had a couple more days to think about how I was going to make that work for me and really adjust for a change that big. But she didn't.... and I didn't adjust.
So I've decided I will follow half of her nutrition plan. I'm not going to eat no meat - but I will reduce to less meat and still have lean poultry. No dairy was a bit much. I'm going to cut out cheese and sugary yogurts but still allow milk and eggs. And I will eat lots of veggies and low carbs.
So everyone else is on day 4. I'm going to be starting day 1 tomorrow. I think I am mentally prepared and ready to conquer a 60 day challenge.
In the meantime. I totally wore shorts to the gym today. :-) Lol. I was liking my reflection. I have a VERY long journey ahead of me. BUTTTTT I'm better and better.
