So i stopped with the weights after getting migraines and having a tight back for 4 days.. slowed down on the walking a bit too because of the constant migraines. Ended up still losing 3 lbs this week so I'm happy. Migraines seem to be gone, so I'm good on that front again. Time to start everything back up.

    Try lighter weights for 10 minutes twice a week. You’ll have some muscle soreness after.
