3-1-2017 Marching forward

Well March is here and really glad to say goodbye to Feb. at least the last week. I was so sick didnt exercise and my eating was weird. I doubt I have lost will do a weigh in tomorrow just cause it Thu.

So moving forward, the terrible cold I had is much better. Today I am going out of the house for the first time in a week. LOL grocery shopping. Hope that I will get back to Curves next week maybe Friday but will see. I did not in the last week track the way I would normally so will get that all worked out over the next days to start again this next week. I will do a short week for the rest of this week, just because it really is easier to have it all planned out, then I dont think about it and jsut eat pretty much on plan.

So March the goal is to get back to exercising:
Curves 4 times a week
Walking 3 times a week or more at leat 30 minutes interval walking
Doing Tai Chi at least 3 times a week.

To get back on a healthy diet around 1300 or so calories to start to get balanced in eating to maintain for now my weight.

We have a big trip the end of the month and i want to be ready with a plan that will allow me some fun time but to mostly remember to eat healthy. We do plan meals and since we are both watching our weight dont eat out a lot even on trips. But it does take a good plan to make that work and i have a few weeks to work on that.

So that is the plan, nice that the BL Spring Challenge starts next week, will help keep on track and have some fun with challenges.

Need to always keep a positive attitude toward any goal we make and know if we really want to we can accomplish anything!!!!!!
