This month I am down 6.5 lbs and did 915 fitness minutes. For the year, I am down 14 lbs and have done 1,700 fitness minutes. This 1,700 is already 50% of the total fitness minutes I did in 2016!
I am on week 6 of the couch to 5K program and am loving it. I like having this program motivate me on my cardio days as it keeps me focused. It also keeps me from having to decide what I am going to do. I still need to focus on drinking more water.
At the beginning of the year I had set my June 1st goal to 155, but I am currently at 156. So I reset my goal for 145 by June 1st.
