Continued...in other words, you get to have 1200+1537=2737. You ate 1465. Leaving 1272 left. You can change this setting and just stick to the 1200/day. FYI interesting article in Scientific American regarding weight loss and excercise

This is how I understand it. Your base line is 1200- just to live a breathe. You ate 1465. Excercised @ 1537. 1200+265-1537=(72)-your base line just to live and breathe.

Amounts of callories your body will be runing on zero with risk of injury. Also your metobolism might start slowing down not eating enough. I personally would say stick close to your callorie goal and burn 200 to 400 callories a day with added

When your in a deficit it is good to make sure its a healthy one. I would not recomend 25% bellow your BMR. When you add in your TDE.. Total energy expenduture for the day because lf you are suppossed to eat 1200 calories a day then burn execesive A

Spark will add back calories you burn for you to eat. You can turn that feature off, but I don't remember how. Sorry. For that many calories though, you might want to eat back at least half of what you burn.

There are two settings for your exercise tracker! One takes your daily food intake into consideration and will allow you too eat more if you burn more. The other setting doesn't take your daily intake into consideration so it will not adjust it!
