Day three in a row that I have eaten as many vegetables as I can stand. I have been buying these big bags of 'vegetable medley' its cut up broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots, then I just snack on it all day. It works pretty well, but after a while I feel over full but not really satisfied.
I'm hoping my body will get used to it so I can actually feel satisfied when I eat enough.
