Back on track

The last week has been very hectic and logging the foods, and keeping track has been impossible. Daughter had Influenza "A", then her 2 boys got it. Well that left me to do the running around and making sure everything was taken care of. It seems when in rains it pours, one thing led to next and before you know it, it's all about everybody and thing other than you. So I woke yesterday and became selfish again. It's about "me" once again. Good healthy food, lots of nice weather to exercise outside, and DH whose support is never ending, I am blessed! I must say my whole being was anxious to get back on track. Even though we did manage to go to the gym, our food choices were poor and overall feeling, mental and physical was blah. I was so excited to get back on track, and I know it sounds silly, 'cuz whose fault was it that I was eating poorly, hmmmm mine. Easy to blame others, had to do this and that for everybody, didn't have time for myself to make the right choices. Just another excuse I use when I get to lazy or tired to follow my plan. But I find that it comes easier and easier to get back on track, which I am hoping means that I am creating healthy habits that my body likes and will continue to help me find my way back home(healthy) when I stray a bit!
