My BFF had WLS and has already lost 35 pounds! So proud of her! I have wanted to get WLS but my insurance refuses to cover it despite my doctor's insistence that it's medically necessary. I've lost 40 pounds before so I know what I have to do and I'm doing it. I'm eating better, working out daily, and drinking TONS of water. I would prefer to work out on an elliptical machine, but since mine broke, I'm using a stationary recumbent bike instead. I'm doing 60 minutes every morning except weekends when I have active rest days. In other words, I'm taking a break from the bike but I'm not just sitting around! Anyway, I am tracking on food and exercise on MyFitnessPal and Pep - SparkPeople's Instagram. I come here for the lovely people and support. Thanks for reading!
