2-1-2017 February.....what lies ahead?!

In many ways this is what I am thinking about.

For February diet and weight goals are basically the same as January to keep working to get off the holiday weight and find a balance in diet and exercise. Oh that still sounds so simple but boy it is proving challenging. The journey is not a quick or easy thing. Its not impossible either. It just takes time and patience and the big one.....BELIEVING!!

I do believe that I can do what I want to do to keep being healthier.

I was a little lax on exercise for January just too much going on in my life. So I am going to once again work at getting to Curves 3-4 times a week and walk 3 times a week. I am also doing a couple challenges on SP.
I know what to eat and how to keep that pretty balanced. Right now I am in weight loss mode and that can be challenging. The closer to your goal weight the harder it gets and you have to be creative to make it work. LOL Just another bump in the road not a sink hole just a bump. It is conqueror-able! Its doable!
So will post the result for January Friday when I go for weigh in and measurements at Curves.
