My family is back on the military diet 5 days a week. This works for us, might not work for you. I am using Spark recipes and mindful eating on the weekends. When I drink, I am drinking dry red wine (which is my fav).

I am down 11 pounds. I exercised 5 days a week and was very active on the weekends.

I consider that a WIN!

On to February!!

    I've never heard of the "military diet" but if it's working that's fantastic! It's great that your family is in it together.
    Now I'm craving wine, lol. emoticon
    I usually like Riesling or Moscato... sweet stuff!
    I use red when cooking though... going to use some Cabernet in a pot roast this weekend!
