Forgot to update about Mondays weigh-in. I am down 11lbs since January 14th. With my ultimate goal being down 78 by the end of July I am well on my way. Lots of water, lots of getting up and walking around at work to get my 10 minutes of fitness in at a time. Trying to meet my step/calorie/mile goal per day. Last week I did achieve a fitbit milestone of walking enough miles to have participated in a marathon. So I was pleasantly surprised.
