The last 3 months of 2016 I dropped out of SparkPeople,
and though I did not diet or exercise those 3 months,
I did watch what I ate and still had the habit of moving more.
On January 1st, I weighed in at 211.8 lbs (round off to 212 lbs).
I did not gain any weight. Apparently, I had pretty much maintained
my weight from the last weigh-in minus about 1lbs.
Mid January I weighed myself, and still weighed in at 211.8 lbs.
My body was still in weight maintenance mode, even though I had
increased my exercise spread all over the day.
I added more intense cardio, to where I got out of breath but did
not really sweat yet. I could not overdo it if I wanted to keep going
and not give up.
Last week of January, and today I weighed in at 207.5 lbs.
I finally lost some weight: 4.5 lbs ! Yeah !
Total weight loss since Mid-May last year: 57 lbs
