It Feels So Good! So, why did I stop???

I just finished a strength training workout and my muscles are shaking. But, during the workout, at times it just felt SO GOOD! It was relaxing and empowering. I know I will carry part of that peacefulness throughout the day. If it feels so good, and the results make me look better, feel better about myself, and be healthier, than why did I stop?
Lack of time.
I have to get past those excuses. I NEED this. I NEED to exercise. I need to eat GOOD foods that fuel my body. I NEED to lose weight. And, I NEED to be a good example to my family and friends.
From past experience, I know blogging (like journaling) helps! So, I'll try to post after each workout. Off to find a healthy lunch.
