Not a bummed out post, just a reality.
One of these times, I know it'll stick.
I entered a challenge with a local nutrition store for 8 weeks. 2 weeks in, have weight loss but also muscle loss. Good and bad. I know the last week I wasn't eating enough and I know better.
I also need to up my activity. My body is used to the thousands of steps I run around at work, I need to get the heart rate back up. I miss dancing. Get back into it. I'm sore all the time and my range of motion has decreased. Get back into yoga. There are options out there. I will do them.
