I'm back to counting calories and watching portions...trying to start with half of what I've gotten used to eating, and so far that is usually okay, enough to fill me up. Trying to make healthier choices, as well. I can't work out like I had been because of an ankle injury, so I did a search today to find some good alternatives for bad ankles, feet, and knees. If I don't move, I don't think I will have much success losing the extra fat. So, starting over...feels like all I do is start over. But that's where I'm at, and I'll just keep on keeping on, starting over as often as I need to.
