Day 16 HCG Diet

I am very happy that this morning when I stepped on the scale my weight is finally lower than before I went out for my son's birthday dinner! That morning I was 245.6 and this morning I was 245.0! It only took a week! The even better part of this is that I was 246 yesterday, so that means I lost a pound :D I have 95 lbs to lose! My goal is to be 150 and I am hoping that I can do it by my 40th birthday! My birthday is in 152 days. To be able to make my goal of 150 by June 23rd I need to lose .625 lbs per day or 4.375 per week. I think that as long as I do not cheat on my diet I can actually make it!! Before I went out to eat on 1/16 /17 I was losing 1 pound per day consistently. I am hoping that I am back to doing that again!

I hope that stress is not going to have something to do with how much I am losing because my kids are really acting up today. Especially my oldest daughter who has ADHD and Autism.

I also find that I always dread Mondays. I love being an Art teacher. I don't know why I get anxiety about going back to work. It always passes. I guess I just have a lot of things that I need to do and I feel like I never have enough time to do them! Well I am going to relax for the next hour because I am going to bed by 10! I have to get up by 6 so I want to make sure that I get 8 hours sleep.
