Back on the wagon

2016 was not a great year for me! I fell off my healthy lifestyle wagon. I gained weight and lost my motivation. My depression got the best of me. Now that I have another fitness tracker (my other one broke!), I am finding my motivation once again. I cried pity tears last week when I saw the scale at the doctor's office. I went home and hopped on my scale and it scared me. I worked so hard! Today I stepped on that dreaded scale. I was excited to see a lost of 2.4 pounds! I have started tracking what I eat, and fitness. Last week only 3 days of fitness. I have set a goal for the week to try to get 4 days of fitness. Thank you SP friends for all the support. Together we celebrate our small goals knowing that they lead to the big picture. Weight did not come on over night and it will not come off over night. Slow and steady wins the race!
