Hello fellow Sparkers!
I'm back after a long absence. Managed to maintain my weight at the moment at about 88kgs. Got up to around 93kgs at one stage. The last time I was on here regularly I got down to around 82kgs.
We are all on the one journey to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I've come back for renewed motivation and to catch up with old friends.
Tomorrow I'm embarking on a bit of a detox program - nothing major, just going to eliminate caffeine, drink more water, eat less meat and more fish, sleep more, get more exercise, drink minimal alcohol, eat more fruit and vegetables and take some natural pills from the store bought 15 day detox program in the process.
All of these small steps will add up after 2 weeks and will lead me into a deeper cleanse process at that time if I choose to do that.
I'm looking forward to lifting my energy and vitality over the next few weeks with this approach.
