Some introspection into the process was good and rewarding.

January 8 , that is the time I came back to Spark . Its been only 2 weeks since Ive been back on tract . It feels like a longer time. So Far I have maintained working out 3 times a week. That I am very happy about. As of eating its getting better I must say. I just walked for 1h and was thought about the week, what did I eat , what I should re-evaluate and do different to get better. or what I should add to my regiment. Some introspection into the process was good and rewarding. I have been able to somewhat maintain my calories below 2,000. Its not accurate am still struggling to make it a habit to input what I eat. I feel good about this week.

    Good job with the exercise. I really like this app. I just joined. I never tracked calories but now it's easier than ever to do it.
