So I have work at 11am this morning. I woke up absolutely not wanting to work out my excuse was " I did 11,000 steps at work yesterday" That's like a work out - I can skip 1 day or work 4 days next week to make it up"
For BF I had 1 egg , cheese and 1 toast wit coffee . 406 calories. That's still on the heavy side ,but not as heavy as a 800 cal breakfast from Mc Donald. So as I was sitting watching the 2nd episode of being May Jane, and looking at the time I started thinking " Really , After 2 weeks of consistency with working out your gonna mess up your third week" I quickly put on my gym clothe and ran out out the door - decided to do a 30mn fast walk. Now am back home happy to cross out "day 1" from my weekly work outs. According to my fit-bit I Burned 206 calories. Which is the minimum I allow myself to burn in a work out. Am feeling awesome - now i have to get ready for work.

PS: Maybe some of you are thinking 200 cals and 30 mn is not enough. Well I do it mostly for the principle of Consistency- I know working out is mostly what you eat... So eventually in the future I will achieve greater Caloric burns- But for now being consistent is more important to me.
