I hope everyone had a great day. Or good. Or at least made it through ok. I got an hour of step aerobics in after work. I definitely do better with exercise in a group setting. My hyper hyper walking friend said she would be there when she texted and woke me up this morning, but I guess maybe all that morning energy ran out way before class started this evening. I hope you stuck to your plan today!
