Two 30+ minute workouts this week

So far, it's been a great exercise week - three days of cardio workout, and two days of spinning for more than 30 minutes. My legs are a little sore from today's workout, but I will certainly take two 30 minute workout sessions - and it's only Tuesday. The 'Spark' is coming back. I want to 'flame on' - but I know I have to ease into it. Still, I'm grateful for the progress.
