That made my day

Remembering names is my disability. I'll remember your face, what you do, where you live, but I have to work hard to memorize your name. I just graduated grad school. Two semesters ago I met and spoke to the university's new president. His family was looking for a church home and we talked for the briefest time. Today I was visiting and saw him at the church where he now attends, and he remembered me. He even recalled a photo I had posted on Facebook last month. With all the people, faculty, staff, students and community a new university president would meet or be introduced to, he remember me. He remembered me!
