I am back at it

Taking it week by week. Goal is to work out at the gym after work every day Mon-Fri. No excuses! Eating healthy every day. Allowing myself one small sweet treat per day to keep the sweet tooth at bay. No overindulging! No restricting calories as I am still nursing my baby boy who just turned eight months. Just choosing healthy foods to fuel my body with. I started January 1st with eating healthy and this week with daily exercise (Mon-Fri). I am down 4.1 pounds as of today. Thinking about joining my gym's 12 week challenge.
