Caught myself eating 2 Hershey's last night at 10 pm Yaks-

As per my last entry "Nope I did not drag myself there" to the gym I mean- (I make it sound like hell ha ha ) - instead I invented all reasons possible not to go - so I have 4 days left excluding today- I just cooked, did dishes- am tired, been up since 4 am and worked today (Sounds like more excuses right? Well tomorrow I don't have to cook after work or clean up so I will do my best.

I was thinking of a few things that have helps me shed lb's in the past:

-cutting down coffee and drinking tea ( I usually have it without sugar or milk) black tea is an excellent natural diuretic and is healthy for you (if you were thinking it, no I cant have green tea am allergic) How odd right?.
-including more fiber in my diet
-measuring my food- specially my rice or pasta . (I just made pasta, and fulfilled my pasta fantasy with aged Gouda Cheese- I might just have to measure next time) or skip it all together - I would fancy myself having pasta once a week - twice a week is overdoing it- specially since am trying to eat healthier- enough pasta talk, lets move on.

- food app- caloric count- The only reason it worked was because I became more aware of what I was eating.
-drinking lime juice with honey 1 or 2 limes a day ( great way to prevent colds and build immune system by the way)
-Juicing ( I keep it simple apples and spinach) once a day if possible
-Oatmeal in the morning.
-drinking lots of water
This plan does not seem to threatening- By tomorrow morning I will probably remember 2 of these so I will text it to myself.

I have been having these crazy chocolate craving- I don't go crazy now but caught myself eating 2 Hershey's last night at 10 pm Yaks- I know its bad. It must be my hormones. I plan to get some dark chocolate from whole food with reduced sugar- Its better then any regular chocolate. Am not really a chocolate eater like that- my weak point have always been cheese... not chocolate... hmmmm.

    (found your blog via Crazydog...) one comment on pasta: check out "tofu Shirataki" noodles. Like Japanese soft noodles, so a softer texture...BUT 2 carbs per 4 oz serving!! They have Dragon yam in them (konnyaku fiber)....and tofu. Come in fettucini style, or spaghetti style. I can only slightly tell the difference under my favorite spaghetti sauce!! I live in the NW/Oregon area and our Fred Meyer/Kroger stores carry them for about $1.79 a small bag. Rinse *well*, and heat in microwave. My diabetic Japanese Doctor told me about them!! All the best on your journey!!

    A little dark Chocolate is not bad! And I happen to like it, too. Portion size and frequency . . . . those are my issues.

    So . . . don't deprive yourself, but look @ the portion size and how frequently you eat it.

    Im having the chocolate cravings to. You dont have to go to the gym just look up videos on you tune and work out. You got this
