Day 6 to 9 -- accountability
So far all is going well.




Day 6

Nutrition: 1500 calories. - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)

Exercise: 2 hrs (walking, stretchingh / flexibility, strength exercises w/ body weight, and yoga meditation

I posted in my groups and did my SP challenges.

I am feeling good about myself,
I don't really set a lot of minimum / maximum numbers for myself.
I do my best to stay within calorie range, and I make sure I get
in some exercise every day spread all over the day, but I do not
make it strict. I go with the flow and make sure to be active.
I also went online for motivation.


Day 7

Nutrition: 1450 cal - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)

Exercise: 2 hrs (walking, stretching / flexibility, crunchless core workout, lean legs in a pinch workout, yoga meditation).

Did my SP challenges.

I am feeling happy with myself and quite relaxed.
Motivation online and on youtube



Day 8

Nutrition: 1300 cal - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)

Exercise: 2 hrs + (walking, stretching / flexibility, strength training with resistance bands, lower-body exercises (body weight), Aero Pilates Reformer, and riding my bike)

Did my SP challenges

Quite relaxed and pleased with myself.
Motivation online and on youtube



Day 9

Nutrition: 1200 cal - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)

Exercise: 2 hrs active relaxation (walking, stretching / flexibility, body weight exercises and yoga meditation. No cardio today).

Quite relaxed and pleased with myself.
