Yeahhhhh probably that rice and fried goat and turkey and cakes I had last night

Good Morning- I really missed Sparks.
I have not been here for a while and I realize now that this was a mistake on my part. I will have to do another blog for that. But this morning I woke up unmotivated to work out. My goal is to work out 3 times a week, And today was to be my third day. Then I stepped on the scale and my eyes popped out.... Yeahhhhh probably that rice and fried goat and turkey and cakes I had last night at midnight at a party.... oh and the sprite and the coke.
So am sipping on 1 cup of coffee now about to go to gym. Its either that or I need a new scale.... probably it was "That".... unfortunately.- ..:( but "Fighting fighting" (This is a south Korean expression used for encouragement, by the way) -
Well its been a while I haven't blogged so I will introduce myself a bit- I am 30 years old (arg .. that happens last October); I am married 2.5 years now. I live in the warm South FL, which by the way this morning is 57 degree... we can talk more about me more later, have to run to gym to get ready to go to mom's- Yes Mom's house where there is more rice and fried food and cakes-- Lord help me get through this day!!!

    And the scale showed it. Well I enjoyed every one of them - ate them all so no more temptation emoticon

    Welcome back! Just remember to drink a full glass of water before you eat and to eat a healthy snack just before you go. This way your stomach will not be empty and you will not be as tempted to eat everything in sight. Good luck! You can do this!

    emoticon .. First of all I had to chuckle because you have such a wonderful style of writing and you put this together in a very enjoyable way!...( I'm sure it was that darn scale to blame.... That is my first choice on the blame game!... I even square off with this thing and threaten it that I am going to replace it if it doesn't do better LOL!..

    You can get through this day. Also I recently read that when we eat the weigh of the food is still in our stomach. Maybe eat lite and try again in a few days or a week. Good luck
