Week one of my long journey

I have always had trouble losing weight. Both times I got close to my goal weight, I ended up getting pregnant. This time there is no chance of that happening. I started my diet with garcinia cambogia on sunday. I will admit that I was skeptical. But I stepped on the scale this morning and I have lost 7.5 pounds!!! I couldn't believe it! I have all but cut candy and pop out of my diet. I do allow myself one pop a day and I drink water the rest of the day. Along with that, I quit smoking, and am keeping myself under 1300 calories a day...a huge drop from the over 2000 a day I used to consume. I'm hoping I am able to stick to it. I have my 10 year high school reunion in June and I want to look drastically different!
