2017 HERE I AM

Been here before. Now weighing the most EVER & I need to take action. It seems like I am stressed at home & at work. The only time I'm stress-free is when I'm sleeping or commuting. Either way, I feel out of control of my life & need to get my life together.

In preparation for 2017, I purchased & began using a Garmin Vivofit2. I have also looked into the Mediterranean diet. I don't mind walking but HATE walking in the cold winter weather. My goal is to lose ONE SINGLE pound per week. Seems simple, huh?

    Find a way to walk when it is cold outside. Walk in place using a workout video. Head to the mall and walk. Just get moving and count those steps. Good luck!
