Confession: I tracked before Christmas and did really well. I even tracked the morning of Christmas Eve. Well, there you have it. I intended to track over the Christmas weekend, but didn't. Ack! Then I got a really bad cold (still have it). Bad news: still not tracking. Good news: haven't gained any weight and somehow lost two pounds. Starting to feel better, must start tracking.

Why do I keep doing the same thing over and over again? Careful how you answer that!

I didn't really expect an answer to my question. Just my sense of humor. I know that the definition of crazy is doing the same over and over again and expecting different results!

    You did so much better than I did! I stopped tracking 2 days before Christmas and didn't start again until this past Monday. I didn't gain any weight either - because I haven't weighed myself. :-) Don't they say that ignorance is bliss? The important point is that we're back on track now.

    I think everyone is like that from time to time. It's hard to remember to track every little thing you eat. What's important is that you are sticking to your diet. Being sick doesn't help though. Glad you are feeling better! :)

    Why? Because you're human and we all have days we fail to track our food. Forget the past and move forward with tracking. You are worth it.
