Day 4 and 5 -- accountability
So far all is going good, even if today was a more relaxed day.
Nutrition: 1300 calories. - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)
Exercise: about 2 hrs spread over the day (walking, stretching, yoga meditation,
Aero Pilates, Strength w/ resistance bands, dumbells & body weight, and Gazelle cardio)
I blogged, and posted in my groups. And I did my SP challenges.
I felt good about myself, pleased with the exercise I was able to put in.
I don't make myself do a minimum time of exercise; I just try to put in small amounts all thoughout the day. I also went online for motivation.

Exercise: about 2 hrs. No cardio. Just walking, stretching, yoga meditation, Aero Pilates, Strength exercises (mix resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight)
Did my SP challenges.
I am feeling happy with myself and quite relaxed.
