Not seeing the lbs coming off..

Though im not seeing the lbs coming off, my body is looking toned, but I want to be at 150 lbs, only 10 lbs away, I exercise 5 to 6 days a week, that includes cardio and strength training, I started eating more but is not working, will try eating 900 to 1000 calories a day..right now I'm consuming 1100 to 1300 calories a day..any advice will be greatly appreciated...
