Keep moving

Walked 15 minutes after work yesterday, and five minutes today. My back was starting to hurt by the end of the five minutes today, so I didn't keep going. More than double of my two minute daily goal!

I didn't get any writing done yesterday. I guess I was tired. But then I stayed up late. Seems I do that when I'm tired. Then it becomes a vicious cycle. Hoping to break the cycle tonight before I go 'round and 'round a few times.

    Yeah my Paleo Approach book talked all about how important sleep is and protecting your circadian rhythms so that your hormones aren't so badly disrupted. I'm still guilty of not doing enough about that. emoticon
