Resolutions

Like a lot of people, I made New Year's resolutions.
Mine have to do with healthy eating and exercise habits,
so actually I think I should call them DAILY resolutions.
Today is day4 and so far so good.



My resolutions are heavy on accountability, so I will try to blog daily on how I am doing.

Day1 (New Year's Day)
Nutrition: 1000 calories. - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)
Exercise: 20 mins Gazelle (cardio)
Meditation at bedtime.
I felt good about myself, as I had been unable to do any form of exercise for more than 3 months. Not really up to posting on boards yet.


Day2
Nutrition: 1250 cal - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)
Exercise: 90 mins (walk, flexability, strength, Pilates.
Posted on A&I (aspire & inspire).
Did my SP challenges.
Meditation at bedtime.
Feeling happy with myself

Day3
Nutrition: 1200 cal - 8 glasses of water (8 oz ea)
Exercise: 90 mins (walk, flexability, strength, Pilates, Gazelle)
Posted on A&I - huddled on team wall of A&I and Motivation & Positive Attitude teams
Did my SP challenges.
Meditation at bedtime.
Feeling good about myself.
