Not too bad a start for my first day at work this year!

Okay, so I had a bacon roll with cheese this morning for breakfast... but this is my once a week Monday morning treat. It is a very nice start to my working week, catching up with the kind chef at our work canteen (wholemeal granary toast or porridge all the other work days)

But after that... a healthy lunch (steamed veg, salmon, a few prawns and handful of baby potatoes with no dressing), odd dinner (lightly fried baby potatoes, spinach and a small spoonful of onion chutney), no alcohol and all finished off with a mug of camomile tea with a spoonful of wholesome French honey

Just got to carry on until this all becomes habit!

    Sometimes in life, we needed to get our backsides kicked. There is no two ways about it. When we get into a state where we are living life day to day without ever thinking about what we truly want, what excited us and doing the things our soul is calling for us to be doing, life starts to get stagnant.
    Suddenly, that push to get you moving NEEDS to come as something crazy, bad, challenging or scary because when that happens, we stop and think. We reflect. Why does it take something like that to get us to stop and reflect? Because we primarily live our lives unconsciously day to day, which is precisely what we have to change.
