SMART Goal #1 for 2017

Notice this is not a resolution! It is a SMART goal.

SP Coach Challenge for today is to write a SMART goal so here it is #1:

Specific: I will loose 10.5 pounds
Measurable: by the scale
Attainable: I can do this by eating healthier (watch the night craves), drink more water and exercise - 30 minutes a day/5 days a week and strength 10 minutes/day 2 days a week.
Realistic: Yes, that is 1.5 pounds/week
Time: by our anniversary - 2/18/17
