Well I ended 2016 down 7.5 lbs. And honestly, I have no idea how I did it. I didn't really eat or exercise in any consistent fashion. So while I am glad to be down the pounds, it is a hallow victory as I feel I did not do anything to make myself more healthy or learn anything to get to the next level.
So this year I am going to make a concerted effort to hit the 7,200 fitness minutes and learn more about healthy eating. I am also going to track my food.
I am not going to put a weight loss number to my goals. Just fitness minutes, tracking my food, making better choices with my food and drinking more water.
