Reasons I exercise and eat healthier foods...

When I falter, I want to be able to look at these lists to help remind me WHY I am doing this:
*For my health, and to reduce chances of me getting diabetes, heart issues (I already have high bp), cancer, etc all of which run in my family.
*For my mental health. When I eat healthier foods and exercise, I mentally feel better and I am able to conquer things that I can't when I am not at my best.
*To feel better about myself. I hate being labeled "obese" by the medical professionals. I hate not fitting into my clothes. I hate being "the chubby sister". When I am doing well with foods and exercise, I really feel accomplished.
*To be able to maintain my independence. I want to be able to stay mobile and do the things I like to do ie: walking my dogs, hiking, river rafting.
*To increase my strength and stamina. I want to be active. I am sick of sitting on the sidelines while life passes me by. I want to live and enjoy the rest of my years.
*To be able to fit comfortably in airline seats, theater seats, and seats made for "non-plus sized people".
*To have energy again.
