I Hate Tracking

I hate tracking what I eat! It seems to be the only way I lose weight, though. Sigh. I'm on day 6 of tracking after not tracking consistently for, oh, um, two years or is it three? I'd forgotten how much better I feel when I eat right! I know I'll eat more over the weekend. It's Christmas. Still, I am determined to track whatever I eat. All. Of. It.

In October I sprained my knee. It's better now, but my plantar fasciitis is acting up. I'm terribly frustrated about this. I'm trying not to shutdown and get depressed. I'm working on doing something everyday to get moving again.

I hate tracking, but I love Christmas. Except for one bag of salad greens and the delivery of one more package to put under the tree, I'm ready for the weekend. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
