Merry Christmas and Happy holidays to all my Spark Friends

I am coming back long enough to wish all my Spark friends a Merry Christmas or Happy holidays.

I have made the decision that my plan to distance myself from SP is the right one for me. No more stress to make those points and the unpleasant changes and emphasis by SP to encourage us to spend cash we may not have to take part in some of the activities, but still on track for healthy eating and exercise.

Daisy dog is doing well after a scary episode last summer and I am extremely happy with the spinal cord stimulator. So nice to have very little back pain and no need to take strong pain killers on a regular basis.

    I am so happy you are doing well with the spinal cord simulator. Anything that helps give you relief with powerful drugs is always a good thing. I'm also glad that Daisy Dog is doing well. I agree that the stress that SP can cause by tracking everything can be too much. More days than not I do not track.

    So good to hear from you! Your decision to lay low from SP sounds like a good one. I pretty much only deal with one small team and we encourage and pray for each other through the daily grind.I'm glad you and your puppy are doing well.
