1 week before Christmas may sound like a bad idea to most people to restart but not to me. I normally don't eat to much in front of people so it will be easier.
1 month ago I pulled a muscle in my leg and have not been able to exercise properly since. I can't run or do squats. I have tried and then I re injure it again 3 times so far. I walk every day for 30 min but that is not enough for me.
I have put on 11 lbs from after hitting my goal in September. I don't want to go into the new year that far from my goal.
So today is the day I will start tracking regularly again and find an exercise that doesn't hurt.
