Back on Track

I weigh myself every day. Usually I count Fridays as my day to officially log it, but I think i will count Thursdays instead. DH and I sometimes eat out on Thursday nights, so a water retention spike will hit on Friday mornings.
Last night DH & I went to an open house - had too many meatballs. There was also a delicious cheese ball, so I had too many cheese and crackers. Then we went out to dinner. I saw about a 1 pound weight gain this morning, probably from water retention. And my fingers look puffy.
Back to watching what I eat today and tomorrow.
